The only thing they'll probably want is my name next to yours on the lease just as, like, a formality. But it'll be your place to pay rent on, buy shit for, do whatever you want to it.

She seems pretty flexible as long as you get the job done. You work, you get paid. That's about the long and short of it. Don't think she'd inspire as much loyalty as she has if she ruled with too much of an iron fist.
