All of Nate’s gifts are delivered via a fluttering origami bird, which flies directly to the recipient and puts the gift into their hands. Once it’s given, the bird will unfold into a note, which explains what the charm inside will do, and how to activate it. When the note has been read, it will explode into a miniature display of multi-coloured fireworks, which spell out “Yuletide wishes from Nate!” and then vanish.
Harley receives a bar to go through her clitoris (with a promise to pierce it for her). There’s a diamond on each end of the bar. The first is enchanted with Nate’s “bondage without ropes” charm. It's unclear what their dispute is about exactly -- maybe just your typical stand-off between two competitive would-be Alpha males -- but it escalates rather fast, a fight breaking out right there.
Reggie throws a punch, the man shoves him roughly back against the lockers, the power struggle continuing until, after a certain point, it's clear they aren't fighting anymore. The newcomer twists Reggie's arm behind his back, bending him over one of the benches in the center of the shot, telling him to know his place, nothing's worse than an uppity submissive, and so on.
